Entry fee
Entry fee for each member of an official delegation is € 340 per person.
This fee is applicable for all delegations, including athletes, coaches, managers, head of delegations and other officials connected to each team.

Guest fee
Fee for guests/supporters in excess of the official delegation is € 170.
This fee is for additional guests arriving with the teams and staying at the official hotel.
The fee includes airport transfers, access to the bowling center and access to the banquet.

Farewell Party fee
There will be a 80€ charge for other visitors and unregistered guests wanting access to the farewell party.

Payment information
All fees (including hotel accomodation) must be pre-paid before the event takes place otherwise your federation will be rejected to participate.
After receipt of form A and B, an invoice will be issued and sent to each federation participating.
The invoice includes bank information and states the total amount as well as deadline for payment.
